We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective products

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

Once we review your request, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Please note that due to the nature of made-to-order apparel, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind. We recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

For the best long-term results, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your garment.
